Rental fees are shown in the Goodcool app before a rental starts. The final amount depends on actual rental duration and applicable service rules.
Users see the applicable rate, charging method, maximum billing conditions and relevant device-loss rules before confirming a rental.
Specific commercial rates may vary by deployment, merchant campaign or city. The app-displayed rate at the time of rental is the controlling rate.
We publish clear rental, return, refund and privacy rules so customers understand how the service works before using it.
If a rental fails to start, the station does not release a power bank, duplicate billing occurs, or another verified technical billing issue is confirmed, users may contact Goodcool customer support for review. Eligible refunds are returned through the supported payment channel after verification and processing.
Power banks should be returned to a compatible Goodcool station. A rental remains active until the system successfully records a valid return. Unreturned, lost, deliberately damaged or stolen devices may be handled under the device compensation and rental-cap rules shown before rental.
Users must provide valid information, use the equipment normally, follow displayed pricing and payment rules, and return rented equipment appropriately. Service availability can vary by station condition, network, merchant operating hours and payment-channel status.
Goodcool processes information necessary to provide account, rental, payment, device, security and customer-support functions. Data is handled only for legitimate service, compliance and operational purposes and is protected using reasonable technical and organizational controls.
